Rush Hour Max Win: How the Cap Is Built and What It Pays

Reviews say 18x. The provider documentation says 36x, and 90x on a rare boost. This guide shows where each number comes from, what it pays on small and large bets, and how unlikely the top payout is.

Max win in a game with no jackpot

Rush Hour has no jackpot, no bonus round and no reels. Every bet pays a fixed multiple of your stake. So the maximum win is not a mystery number. It is simply the largest multiple on the list, times your bet.

That makes it easy to check, and easy to misquote. Three different figures circulate. This page explains all three and what each means in dollars. For the RTP side of the same question, see the RTP guide. For the whole game, read the Rush Hour review.

How the cap is built

Each bet has a multiplier and an implied chance. The multiplier is the RTP divided by the chance. With a 90% base RTP, a 5% chance gives 18x, and a 2.5% chance gives 36x. The rarer the outcome, the bigger the multiplier.

Where each payout level comes from
LevelHow it arisesMultiplier
ExactThe AI count equals either of the two displayed numbers. Implied chance about 5%18x per docs
Exact Low or Exact HighThe count equals one named number only. Implied chance about 2.5% each36x per docs
Legendary Lightning on ExactA rare boost multiplies the winning Exact bet by 5, so 18x becomes 90x90x per docs

Per docs.155.io, October 2026. The chances are our arithmetic (90% divided by the multiplier), not published figures. The docs state that Exact Low and Exact High are never boosted, so the 90x comes from the plain Exact bet.

So there are two ways to reach a high figure. One is a 36x bet that is simply rarer. The other is a boosted 18x bet. They do not stack: the docs do not combine the 36x bets with a boost.

Odds of the Lightning Rounds, per the docs: Common 1 in 3, Rare 1 in 60, Epic 1 in 400 and Legendary 1 in 1,000. Rare, Epic and Legendary boost only Exact, Over or Under. Common boosts the other bets.

18x, 36x or 90x: which one is right?

All three are true in a narrow sense. They answer different questions.

  • 18x is the plain Exact payout. It is the figure in most reviews, in the catalog's intro and on an affiliate page that calls it a "hard cap". It is the best-known number, but it is not the top of the table.
  • 36x is the base maximum in the provider documentation: Exact Low or Exact High.
  • 90x is the documented maximum with a Legendary Lightning Round on Exact.

Our best guess is that reviews copied one early figure and never updated it. We cannot prove that. The same affiliate page that says "hard cap 18x" also says promotions may go higher, so even it hedges.

We print the provider's numbers. The max win is 36x per the docs, or 90x with a Legendary boost. We have not seen the rules screen of any casino. Check the max win line there. If it says 18x or something else, believe the screen.

What the max win pays in dollars

Your bet decides everything. The table shows what each level returns on a few stakes, stake included. The profit is the return minus your bet.

Max win in money by bet size
Bet18x (plain Exact)36x (Exact Low or High)90x (Legendary boost)
$0.10$1.80$3.60$9.00
$1$18$36$90
$100 (an example top bet)$1,800$3,600$9,000

Totals include the stake. Profit at $1: $17 at 18x, $35 at 36x, $89 at 90x. The $100 row is an illustration: one catalog lists a range of 0.1 to 100, but without a source or a currency. Bet limits are set by each casino, so we print no real maximum.

A boosted round on $1

The boundaries are 12 and 15. You bet $1 on Exact, and a Legendary Lightning Round boosts it. The count lands on 15. Without the boost the bet returns $18. With it, up to $90. At $0.10, the same bet returns $1.80 or up to $9.

The main point is the size. Even the top figure on a $1 bet is $90. This is a modest cap compared with many slots. If you want a big top payout, this game is a poor match, and we say so in the review score for win potential.

A casino can add its own limits on top. Some casinos cap the payout of a single round or a day. We have not found the limit for any casino, so read the terms of yours. The provider also has a bet limits page, which we do not quote.

How likely is the top payout?

No source gives a probability for the 90x payout. We can set a ceiling with the odds that the docs do publish. The numbers below are our arithmetic and rest on assumptions, so treat them as rough.

Source of each probability

  • Lightning odds: from the provider documentation. A Legendary Lightning Round appears 1 in 1,000 rounds.
  • Chance of Exact: our derivation, about 5%, from the 90% RTP divided by 18x. A catalog prints the same rounded 5%.
  • Which bet is boosted: not published. The boost may land on Exact, Over or Under.

What this means

For a 90x payout you need three things in one round: a Legendary boost, the boost on Exact, and the count landing on Exact. Even if the boost always hit Exact, the chance would be about 1 in 1,000 times 1 in 20. That is 1 in 20,000, if the events are independent. The real figure is lower, since the boost may fall on another bet.

At about 55 seconds per round, 20,000 rounds is roughly 12.7 days of nonstop play. We do not claim that you would hit it. It could come at once or never.

For the 36x payout the numbers are friendlier. Exact Low at 2.5% hits about once in 40 rounds on average. But each such round costs you the stake on the other 39. The edge does not shrink for a rare bet.

A big multiplier is not a plan. The expected return on every bet is the same 90% per the docs. Chasing the 36x or 90x payout costs the same, round after round, as any other bet. Set a stake limit before you start.

The viral $363,971 win

In February 2026, a streamer called Xposed bet $20,000 on a Watertown, Massachusetts camera on Roobet. The payout was $363,971. The clip was posted on February 12, 2026, and three outlets reported the same stake and payout.

Divide the payout by the stake and you get about 18.2x. That is slightly above the 18x in reviews. We do not know why. A boost, or rounding in the reported figure, are both possible. The bet covered two numbers, 11 and 14, and the count came out at 14.

We found no official record list, so we do not call it a record. It is one outcome from one very large stake. For every win like it, many bets lose. It tells you nothing about what to expect from your own stake.

Max win across the CCTV Games

The provider docs give Snow Run and Duck River the same maximums as Rush Hour: 36x, and 90x with a Legendary boost. The dollar table above works for all three games, but check each game's own screen.

Footfall is different. It is a crash game on camera footage, and the docs call its top payout uncapped. We have not confirmed that it has been released, so we do not review it. A game with no cap can pay more. It can also end a round at once.

Max win FAQ

What is the max win in Rush Hour?

Per the provider documentation, 36x the bet on Exact Low or Exact High, and 90x when a Legendary Lightning Round boosts Exact. Many reviews say 18x, which is the plain Exact payout. At a $1 bet that is $36 or $90.

Is the 18x in reviews wrong?

It is incomplete. 18x is what a plain Exact bet pays. The documentation lists higher payouts for Exact Low and Exact High and for boosted rounds. Check the rules screen at your casino.

Is there a jackpot in Rush Hour?

No jackpot is documented. The top payout is a fixed multiple of your bet. Your casino sets the maximum bet, so it sets how large that payout can be in dollars.
